Randy is a Partner with more than 25 years of experience in lending and structuring leveraged acquisitions, subordinated debt and private equity. Since January 2006, he has managed credit funds as Founding Principal of Boone Opportunity Lenders. Previously, Randy was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Burnham Securities Inc. and was a senior officer of Den Norske Bank's merchant banking division (now DnB Nor) , serving on its Credit Committee, leading its specialized lending group, and providing senior and mezzanine loans for leveraged buyouts. Randy began as a lending officer at Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase). He received a BA from Middlebury College, cum laude, and an MBA in Finance from NYU with honors.
