LMZ Partners LLC formed LMZ Transportation Partners LP to focus on the student transportation industry. The investment thesis is predicated on consolidating what LMZ and its operating partners believe is a fragmented market which is characterized by long-term contracts, predictable recurring revenue, strong free cash flow characteristics, and a favorable industry outlook.
